Anaconda Eats Capybara

This footage from the National Geographic shows us a huge Anaconda stalking its prey. In this case the unlucky victim is a Capybara that weighs in at over 100lbs! This will be the only meal the snake eats for the next 7 months...

Watch as this Pipa Surinam Toad gives birth right out of its back! Creepy and amazing at that same time, certainly a very strange marvel of nature...

Vicious Piranha Attacks!

From National Geographic this video shows us just how deadly the piranha fish can be. Watch as these piranhas make quick work of an anaconda and a baby gator with their sharp teeth and vast numbers. Makes you think twice about taking a dip...



Like all creatures on our planet though, the piranha does serve a purpose since it normally attacks weak or injured creatures. After all, isn't it supposed to be survival of the fittest?

The Vampire Squid Or Vampyroteuthis

This Vampire Squid is deep sea creature that is a cross between octopods and decapods. They have the ability to dim their eyes to make it appear as if they are disappearing into the distance. Just think of all the creatures in the ocean that we have yet to discover. Here is a video set to music showing this amazing creature...

Everything You Need To Know About Iguanas

From the BBC documentary Iguanas Living Like Dinosaurs these videos narrated by David Attenborough have some fantastic footage of Iguanas in the wild. Amazing that they can capture such detailed moments in time right from birth! These clips take us through the full life cycle of an Iguana!

Iguanas have many unique abilities including slowing down their heart rate to last underwater for a full 14 minutes. These creatures are no doubt one of mother nature's finest specimens...
